1. Within 7 days since you have received the item, you are entitled to return your item and get refund unconditionally.

2. Within 30 days since you have received the item, you are entitled to exchange your item to another one unconditionally, if there is any factory failure of your product, you are also entitled to return and get refund.

3. After 30 days since you have received the item, we proceed your order according to warranty regulations.

*Caution: the cost caused by return or exchange of order, will be bore by yourself, for example: delivery fee. And if there is artificial damage of item, the cost will be deducted from your order.
